There are many programs that receive podcasts and are freely available for whatever type of PC or operating system you have.   One of these is "Juice".



Then, subscribe to either the audio podcast, by opening the "Juice" software, click on the "Subscriptions" tab, then click on the green plus sign (Add a Feed), and type in:
